Wondering why I am so low functioning all of yesterday afternoon and this am, then read the subject line from yesterday and know why now.
I was able to get Rosie to the dog park. She had a good visit. There is a cloud cover this morning so not as hot out yet.
Thankfully the air condiitoning unit just turned off outside my window. It was getting to me. I have head muffs I put on when it comes on but I would need to get up to get them and not up to that yet.
I got some curtains from ebay yesterday. It looks like I can cover all 4 windows with the $10 purchase.
The next step is to get to the store and get curtain rods. I think Walmart is the only place in town to get them...no I bet Home Depot might have them and it is much quieter in there.
Just need what it takes to get in the store and look around. That might take a while.
Eating 3 meals adn taking meds and supplements, watering potted plants and folding and putting laundry away are what I would like to do today. Not sure if I will be able to do that. If not today, I will try again tomorrow.
Tried to watch a movie. In and out of sleep. Had that head pressure stuff. I am sto thankful when I am able to sleep with that. It makes it so much more bearable.
Woke to a wonderful lighting, thunder and buckets of rain storm.
Time for Rosie's toileting so I took her out in the car looking. WE drove around a bit as I had trouble finding a spot to let her toilet. got to see the areas that are usually dry full of water.
Rain let up a bit so I let her out to take care of business.
Feeling low today but I know ti si because health is so low functioning. Just need to wait until I am doing better and can do af ew things like I did on Thursday morn. |
